What is the difference between Tight Tummy Patches and Fit Patches?

Tight Tummy Patch is primarily for your abdomen area to diminish cellulite. While Brazilian is an all around fitness and weight loss control patch with benefits such as increased energy, appetite control, digestion improvement and antioxidants. You can use both at the same time. Tight Tummy can be worn every other day while the fit is an everyday patch. You can wear throughout the day.

Can I wear different patches at the same time?

Yes you can wear all patches at once even.

Where do I place my B12 patch?

Any place where there is little to no hair is good. Behind the ear is the best place in our opinion.

How long before I see results?

Yes, anyone can use. For larger stomachs we recommend a 4-6 month patch program to start.

Can I use Fit Patches or tight tummy Patches after Lipo?

Yes, but wait for scars to heal before you place any patches on. These patches are perfect post lipo to keep you in the best shape possible.

How long after a tummy tuck can I use scar fade patches?

Wait 3-4 weeks or until scar is completely healed and closed.

Is it a subscription?

If you decide to have a subscription order, you can choose that option upon choosing your product. The product will be charged and shipped every month.

How can I manage my payment details?

You can manage your credit card details in your Member Login area. Here you can monitor all of your orders and update and change your credit card details if you need. This will need to be done before your next order is processed.

Can I change my upcoming delivery date?

Yes, but in a timely manner. If you want to do this for whatever reason, you can organize this
here. This needs to be done before your next order is processed.

What if my card is declined?

If your card is declined, you will receive a credit card denied email for your upcoming shipment. You can change or update your credit card details in your account here.

Can I get a refund?

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code if returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and unopened. BGMG Shop is not responsible for any lost, stolen or returned to sender items once the shipment has been shipped out from our processing center.

When will my package arrive?

What if I want to change my address?

Please email babes@bgmgshop.com to request an address change ASAP! If product was already shipping you will need to repay to have it shipped to the correct address.

Can I cancel my order?

Once it is shipped you will have to wait to receive the order and send it to us (shipping costs will not be paid for by Genovie). We will then wait to receive the order before we can issue a refund.
